Eric Witter founded this practice in 2006. If you’ve been injured by someone or something, odds are, he can help. He is the founder and principal of Witter Law Offices, a plaintiff’s only personal injury and workers’ compensation firm. Eric is an experienced trial attorney focusing primarily on auto accident, slip/trip and fall, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and construction negligence. Over the last 12 years he has tried over 30 cases before a jury. Prior to founding his own firm in 2006, Eric worked as an associate attorney in several prominent personal injury law firms in Chicago, with specialties that included aviation law and traumatic brain injury.

 

Eric is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Loyola University in New Orleans. Prior to college, Eric has worked as airport security representative in Frankfurt, Germany and served in the US Army. In 1991 Eric served with pride in an artillery battery in the Gulf War as a member of Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.

 

Eric lives in Chicago with his wife Jennifer and their daughter, Stella.
